I. CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA

The purpose of this document is to provide information on how Kiem 2050 collects, processes and shares personal data relating to users of the site who fill in a contact form, and on the rights of these individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data.

● Purpose and aim of processing

The personal data requested from the customer when placing an order is essential for the order to be placed. The information collected will be incorporated into Kiem 2050's database in the form of a "customer file" and will be used for the purposes of invoicing, processing orders and compiling statistics. The customer expressly authorises Kiem 2050 to share this information with partners and subcontractors who may carry out services on its behalf.

● Type of data collected

In the event of a request by the user for general contact or with a view to drawing up a quotation, the site must collect the gender, surname, first name, e-mail address, sector concerned, postcode and town of the place of service, or the user's place of residence, as well as the free-form message entered by the user. Depending on the user's choice, the telephone number may also be collected, as well as the number and street name of the place of service.

This data is transmitted to Kiem 2050 by secure electronic means, so that the user can be contacted again. This data is stored in Kiem 2050's electronic messaging software.

The collection of this data is essential and necessary for the conclusion of any contract.

The same data is collected and transmitted under the same conditions to Kiem 2050 when an application is submitted via the contact form.

● Data retention period

The retention period for personal data differs according to the categories of personal data collected and extends for as long as required or authorised by law. Customers' personal data is kept for at least the duration of the contract concluded between Kiem 2050 and the customer.

When the processing of personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, Kiem 2050 will delete the personal data in question.

Right to erase data ("right to be forgotten"): it is possible to request the erasure of certain data if their retention is no longer justified, i.e. if there is no legitimate reason.

Right to limit data processing: you may request that data processing be limited or blocked if, for example, the data collected is inaccurate or irrelevant.

Any complaint in connection with the aforementioned rights must be made in accordance with the legislation in force (by simple request by e-mail to the address dpo@bu-facilities.eu, via the general contact form or by post to the address at the registered office of Kiem 2050, providing proof of identity and a legitimate reason if required by the regulations in force.
